This Privacy Policy explains how Zazoo AI Limited (“Zazoo AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Hong Kong, collects, uses, stores and shares personal data in connection with TheSpaceLaunches (the “Service”).

This Policy applies to visitors to our website, registered users, developers using our API, and customers who purchase paid plans. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we link to.

- Billing information: plan, subscription status, invoices and payment status. Card numbers and CVV codes are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and Antom; we do not store full card details.
- Usage and technical information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, API request metadata, timestamps, referring pages and error logs.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting support or submitting a request.
- Cookies and local storage: session cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security and basic site functionality.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure and improve the Service;
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users and issue API credentials;
- Process subscriptions, payments, invoices and refunds through Stripe and Antom;
- Monitor usage, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms and protect the Service;

- Payment processors: Stripe and Antom, to process payments and subscriptions;
