Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TheSpaceLaunches (the “Service”), operated by Zazoo AI Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (“Zazoo AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides space launch information, related content, developer APIs and paid plans. We may add, change or discontinue features from time to time. Launch data is compiled from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
2. Accounts and registration
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, API keys and account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or systems;
- Interfere with the availability, integrity or security of the Service;
- Scrape, resell or redistribute data in breach of your plan or applicable law;
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, authentication or access controls;
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
4. APIs and usage limits
API access is subject to the limits and quotas of your plan. We may suspend or throttle access to protect the Service or enforce fair use. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
5. Subscriptions, payments and refunds
- Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processors, Stripe and Antom.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation.
- Prices, taxes and billing periods are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated in a plan, fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank fees associated with your purchase.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to Zazoo AI Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Third-party launch data, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party content and links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, data sources and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that launch data is complete, current or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zazoo AI Limited and its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zazoo AI Limited from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if necessary to protect the Service or comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
